Hey everyone! I had the honor of being one of the winners of the anniversary give-away.

I did two 90-minute bodywork sessions with Milo. I have been suffering with a frozen left shoulder, could barely raise my left arm towards the ceiling like he tests the guys in the videos (I'd say only 20% without passively moving it and having pain while doing so). All I can say is that Milo has miracle hands and his techniques are intense, a lot of deep breathing and whimpering got me through my sessions. After the 2 sessions, my range of motion improved significantly to 70-75%. I couldn't just leave it at that after 2 sessions & asked him to squeeze me in for a 3rd session (which I paid for). Though still sore, I can move my arm much better now and this is all because of Milo's gift of healing.

I am truly lucky to have stumbled onto his website, to learn of his works & to have experienced it. Thank you Milo is not enough to express my gratitude. I wish everyone will get a chance to work with Milo someday!!
