We just got back from Thailand, where I went for more training and some bodywork of my own. What I didn’t realize until today is that the videos I pre-scheduled while abroad were posting a full day early—so everything has been slightly ahead of schedule this past week.

Since there should have been a Basic post today, I’m making it up to you with something special: a full hour-long session with Thomas, my very first client to appear on YouTube. The full session isn’t on YouTube anymore, so I’m happy to share it this Saturday—especially since many of you have been asking to see some of those older videos that are no longer available.

Thanks for bearing with me through this little scheduling hiccup. We’re back on track now, and lesson learned: international travel definitely messes with the posting calendar. That’s just how it goes with a true mom-and-pop—well, pop-and-pop—operation. No corporate hounds here, just us.
