Exciting Updates for 2025!

Here’s a quick note on what we’re working on as we head into the new year.

Earlier this month, I visited Portland and shared a few sneak peeks from those sessions.

I’m currently wrapping up in Dallas, where I also took a trip to Houston to work with some amazing men who have been following me on Instagram and YouTube.

Two of them are in their late 50s and early 60s, and I’m thrilled to share how I approach intense stretching and bodywork for more mature men experiencing this type of therapy for the first time.

In January, I’ll be in San Francisco reconnecting with Jay, Marco, Geo, and a few new clients.

Then in February, Mark and I are heading to Australia to scope out the scene for Mardi Gras. Stay tuned—2025 is shaping up to be an incredible year!
