We're continuing to experience an issue with the video player not recognizing active membership plans for some members.

The issue has been escalated to the Wix QA team, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

For some of you, everything may be working normally, only for the problem to appear unexpectedly later. Others may be experiencing it consistently. We're actively working with Wix to identify the cause and get it resolved as quickly as possible.

I'll continue to post updates here as I receive new information from the Wix team.
